DESCRIPTION:

The 202, a new apartment complex in Washington, DC, commissioned a large-scale bike trail map to emphasize its connection to the Metropolitan Branch Trail. I researched DC’s bike routes, metro lines, and roadways to create a clear, accessible design that doubles as a large scale mural located outside the building along the trail. Using the 202’s color palette and the custom illustrations I designed, the mural offers both a practical guide for residents and passing by cyclists.
